At Jackson Ultima Skates, we want to ensure you have the perfect fit for your performance on the ice. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unsharpened skates and all original accessories back into the Jackson Ultima box, ensuring the product is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your shipping carton.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
